Hills Creek Station is located on Wedderburn Becks Road, 30 km from Ranfurly and 55 km from Alexandra. The property spans 3,776 hectares across two farms, Hills Creek and Pennyweight with the majority being effective farmland. Approximately 2,500 hectares are flat to gently rolling paddocks, with the balance comprising medium hill country - offering flexibility for diverse farming operations.
Infrastructure includes three four-bedroom homes, single-person quarters, two woolsheds (six-stand and three-stand), multiple sheds, three sheep yards (one satellite), and two cattle yards.
The station winters 19,230 stock units, (five year average including budgeted 2026) including 9,000 ewes, replacement hoggets, and approximately 5,000 contract lambs. Mixed-age cows have averaged 321, with R1-R2 cattle also wintered. An additional 1,000 cattle were grazed through Alliance and Styx Station.
