Well I have found it - with four good sized bedrooms (all with built-in wardrobes), a very cozy living room, a farm-style kitchen, shower and a separate bath.
This older, but solid, cottage with single car shed is right in the heart of gumboot city - Taihape. The property has a good sized section to play on with its own area for chooks, with a chook shed already in place! It also has its own little stream running through the property which adds to the character.
