Are you on the lookout for a patch of land to park up your motor home, or perhaps, build your tiny home? Here is a 799 square metre block of flat land, on the east coast, in a rather pleasant and friendly small town (town services at the boundary) . This particular town section is one street back from the river and the well tracked walkway, which leads to the rivermouth of the Wairoa river, and the rugged, but very picturesque coastal beach known as Whakamahia beach. Whakamahia beach is well known for its ability to clear one's head during a stroll along the black sand and pebble coast line. So strap your cycles to the back of the motorhome (this is a great town to cycle around in) and come and spend some time in Wairoa to see what you think.
Be sure to check out Eastend cafe (but not on a Monday, it's closed then) and the beautiful flower and homeware store next door (called bloom `n loco). Stay the night (we are motorhome friendly) and take in a movie at the Gaiety theatre, also located in the eastend precinct along Marine Parade. Chat to some locals - they are pretty friendly around here, and pop into the I-site, to learn about everything on offer in the district.
