Are you on the lookout for a patch of land to park up your motor home, or perhaps, build your tiny home? Here is a 799 square metre block of flat land, on the east coast, in the small town of Wairoa, a town that is growing, with new industry coming into the area, a recent boost from the provincial growth fund and a variety of people and families relocating from out of town.
The flat town section has all services at the boundary. It's one street back from the river and the well tracked walkway, which leads to the river-mouth of the Wairoa river, and the rugged, but very picturesque coastal beach known as Whakamahia beach. Whakamahia beach is well known for its ability to clear one's head during a stroll along the black sand and pebble coast line, as well as being a pretty popular fishing spot.
So strap your cycles to the back of the motorhome (this is a great town to cycle around in) or pile the family in the car and come and spend some time in Wairoa to see what you think.
Give me a call when you are on your way, and it would be my pleasure to show you around.
