1406 Manawahe Road is a 198.57 hectare mixed contour grazing/finishing property (STT) with a 5000sqm subdivision being undertaken.
Domestic improvements within the property include a three-bedroom villa, built in 1910 with carport attached and a detached two car garage close by, all set in mature grounds. The house has been uninhabited for a year or so and will need a little TLC.

Farm improvements include a three-stand woolshed with covered night yards and sheepyards leading up into the woolshed. Cattle yards with a load out for good heavy transport access are located off Manawahe Road.
Satellite yards are positioned centrally within the property, accessed by way of formed raceways leading to the yards.
Located close to the dwelling is a multi-bay implement shed. Attached to the wool shed is an ATV lean-to.

The effective area within the property is approximately 180 hectares (more or less) with the balance in native bush. Water is reticulated to all paddocks, supplied from the Waipapa Steam that is flowing within the farm, where water is pumped to storage tanks and reticulated over the property.
Fencing is a mix of conventional post and batten with electric for some subdivision and stock control.
Pastures are mostly weed free and historically have had an ongoing, consistent fertiliser history.
Stocking policy has seen the property carry between 380 and 400 mixed age beef cattle with all stock reared on farm from 200 Angus breeding cows.
