We chose to do business with Andrew and Tony because they brought a good practical understanding of the farm and the district, backed up by their national network and marketing expertise. They both were easy to deal with and we quickly established a strong working relationship, which gave us faith that they would develop a good rapport with potential purchasers. As the marketing campaign progressed, they both kept us well informed with weekly communication. Although I have dealt with other real estate companies, Andrew and Tony’s communication kept us the best informed we have ever been through a property transaction and during the negotiations they also provided sound advice.
