Barry Banicevich was a Northland dairy farmer for 15 years before moving to dairy grazing and bull-beef fattening, all the while operating his own agricultural contracting business for a further 10 years.

With the huge increase in contracting demands, he moved into the real estate sector and specialises mainly in dairy and beef farm sales with the occasional lifestyle property.
