Cam has been involved in the New Zealand real estate market for near on 20 years and throughout this period has been involved with most forms of real estate selling.

Currently Sales Manager to the Central North Island Region for PGG Wrightson Real Estate Limited, initially Cam’s real estate career started in Queenstown.

In the Central Otago market, Cam was responsible to and for several land subdivision developments, high-end luxury villa developments and significant estate offerings. Relocating to Auckland in late 2010, Cam helped establish New Zealand Sotheby’s International Realty in the city’s residential & coastal markets, before accepting the newly established position of National Sales Manager for that business. Responsible for the continued growth of the Auckland market but additionally the expansions into the Canterbury and Marlborough markets, whilst overseeing and maintaining the Queenstown and Wanaka businesses.

Highly capable and now with a great deal of experience, Cam was eager to continue the growth of his career and exposure to new real estate environments, so in 2014 accepted a position with PGG Wrightson Real Estate Ltd as their National Sales Manager. Over the past seven years, Cam has worked alongside his sales management team, throughout all regions of New Zealand and across all categories of rural real estate, including New Zealand’s provincial residential and lifestyle markets, to grow the company’s market share performance in these sectors and improve profitability.

After a record-breaking 2020/21 year for the company and sensing a personal desire to be more involved with day-to-day real estate activity, Cam has jumped on the opportunity to return home to the Waikato & BOP to lead the Central Region operation.
