He knows what works when it comes to marketing property and has previously won highly sought after marketing awards.
With an aptitude for the sale of forestry blocks, large scale sheep and cattle properties and premium lifestyle blocks, Gary not only has a huge knowledge base around rural real estate itself but also an in-depth legal knowledge of contract law. Previous roles include branch manager, regional manager and general manager. He is now the rural manager for PGG Wrightson Real Estate for the East Coast region.
Gary maintains a large professional network and buyer’s database, including extensive national and off-shore databases to ensure each property is reaching as many qualified buyers as possible. He has the sole New Zealand partnership with both SportsAfield and the North American Land Brokers Association, giving all of Gary’s client’s untapped access to 180 offices across North America.
