Jacqui Campion

I feel privileged to record my thoughts on my property sale journey with Jacqui Campion, as my real estate person, Jacqui has a wonderful style of interacting with people. She has the most delightful way of obtaining and holding trust in her as a sales person. Jacqui does all the little things well, which I feel are important, as they make up the larger picture – after all, she is handling one’s largest asset. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in having Jacqui act for me again if the opportunity arose in the future.

I would like to commend Jacqui Campion for the excellent work she did in marketing and selling a property owned by the Sisters of St Joseph, in Palmerston North. Jacqui was enthusiastic about being the agent & kept us fully informed throughout the process. With a ‘cut off’ date for offers for the property, Jacqui was able to advise us of a range of offers made. We pursued the best offer, which was conditional, and Jacqui was able to bring this prospective sale to a successful outcome. Thank you, Jacqui, for all your work done for us.

My choice of Jacqui Campion to sell my home proved to be more than satisfactory. From the outset, Jacqui approached the sale in a very professional manner, she presented a well-constructed and well- documents appraisal, which proved to be very close to the price received. Jacqui advised me of a few small details of presentation that needed attention, and this advice was certainly correct. Throughout the process of selling the house, open homes and ‘one-on-one’ presentations were discretely and professionally done. Jacqui seemed to have a large portfolio of interested people, and most were certainly looking for the type of house that I was selling. The final sale negotiations with the buyer were simply – stylish. I am certainly satisfied with the sale price, and the new owner is quite at ease with the price she paid for it. If you are considering listing your property with Jacqui, them my advice is certainly do, she is an excellent lady to deal with.
