Janeane Strawbridge

For over 35 years Janeane has built genuine, long-standing relationships within the wider Central Hawkes Bay community.

She and her husband Donald, own and work on a 583-hectare sheep and beef farm in Waipukurau. Janeane has developed rental portfolios, and managed subdivision projects, giving her valuable insight into farm infrastructure and property promotion.

Janeane has a diverse career in banking, managing businesses’ finances, and is also a long-time Childbirth Educator. She is also a Midwifery Standards Reviewer representing Consumers for the NZ College of Midwives. Janeane works closely with local organisations and community groups.

Having raised their family in CHB, Janeane knows firsthand about the great area Central Hawke’s Bay is and how to unlock its potential. Janeane has been very involved in the community and volunteered for many CHB & HB community organisations. With a special love for anything equestrian, her family has enjoyed different equestrian disciplines.

Her diverse expertise across the farming, healthcare, and banking sectors gives her a unique perspective. “I pride myself on being a good listener, to find out what is important to my clients and give trusted, confidential and clear real estate guidance with clear communication and collaboration.”
