"We first met Keegan when we engaged her and her colleague Cindy to sell our late mother-in-law’s place. Our initial reason for offering the listing to them was because we felt their market appraisal was the most reasonable out of the three appraisals we received.
From the very beginning Keegan was amazing. Her services weren’t just limited to selling the house, it went far beyond that. She understood the challenge we would face once the house was sold especially as we lived a good 3 hours away from Baylys Beach.
Once the house sold, she did not hesitate to offer her help in making the process as easy as possible. In fact she took care of everything from selling the remaining furniture in the house, organizing local rubbish collection, dropping of items not sold to hospice to ensuring the place was clean. This was invaluable to us given it was proving difficult for us to get up to Baylys Beach prior to Christmas and during Christas most people are on holiday and the house was settling pretty much after New Year’s.
Having bought and sold a couple of houses when I personally had to move I do have an understanding of how different agents work. Keegan though really understood our needs beyond selling the estate. She exceeded our expectations well beyond what I have ever experienced in the past.
In a world where people think real estate agents are only in it to make money, Keegan is someone unique who’s services go beyond just selling your property. Not only does she do the day to day process such regular updates, etc but it’s the personal touch and understanding that makes her standout. I mean even after the house settled the new owner wanted to remove some of the garden art, Keegan saved one of my late mother in law’s dogs and offered to post it to us. I don’t know of anyone that will do that.
Let’s just say if she was in Auckland, I would be recommending her to all of my friends, family and clients wanting to buy or selling."
