Testimonials

"Keegan and Cindy sold our house before it even went to market, introducing the buyer that they had been working with for some time.  Their professionalism and experience combined with their warmth and communication skills made this the most pleasurable house sale we have ever had! Not only did they negotiate a few little bumps, with ease, they worked hard to get us the outcome we wanted with no fuss or bother.  To say that we enjoyed this process, is an understatement! We would absolutely recommend them to anybody thinking of listing with PGG Wrightson."

"Keegan has completely flipped my impression of house selling and real estate agents completely. She is open, honest and although integrity is often a word over used and very really demonstrated and a term I will very rarely use to describe a person's character or values, Keegan showed me not only does she speak with integrity she followed with integrity through action. She actively listened to what I wanted, how I wanted things to go and kept my expectations realistic. She was touching base to see if I needed additional support, even right through with cleaning and moving. Keegan also showed her practical and common-sense skills when dealing with buyers on my behalf ensuring no one was wasting money on frivolous offers. She is beyond a pleasure to work with, she shows genuine care and compassion and I have ensured that everyone I speak to knows how incredible she is to deal with, and how well she represents her company and how much I would recommend using her. Before this sale I only knew of Keegan, but now I would class Keegan as a good friend - very rarely does anyone walk away from selling a home with that additional perk. Keegan, thank you yet again for this experience of selling my home. I appreciate you beyond measure."

"We first met Keegan when we engaged her and her colleague Cindy to sell our late mother-in-law’s place. Our initial reason for offering the listing to them was because we felt their market appraisal was the most reasonable out of the three appraisals we received.

From the very beginning Keegan was amazing. Her services weren’t just limited to selling the house, it went far beyond that. She understood the challenge we would face once the house was sold especially as we lived a good 3 hours away from Baylys Beach.

Once the house sold, she did not hesitate to offer her help in making the process as easy as possible. In fact she took care of everything from selling the remaining furniture in the house, organizing local rubbish collection, dropping of items not sold to hospice to ensuring the place was clean. This was invaluable to us given it was proving difficult for us to get up to Baylys Beach prior to Christmas and during Christas most people are on holiday and the house was settling pretty much after New Year’s.

Having bought and sold a couple of houses when I personally had to move I do have an understanding of how different agents work. Keegan though really understood our needs beyond selling the estate. She exceeded our expectations well beyond what I have ever experienced in the past.

In a world where people think real estate agents are only in it to make money, Keegan is someone unique who’s services go beyond just selling your property. Not only does she do the day to day process such regular updates, etc but it’s the personal touch and understanding that makes her standout. I mean even after the house settled the new owner wanted to remove some of the garden art, Keegan saved one of my late mother in law’s dogs and offered to post it to us. I don’t know of anyone that will do that.

Let’s just say if she was in Auckland, I would be recommending her to all of my friends, family and clients wanting to buy or selling."

“On first meeting Keegan I knew we had the right Agent and was pleased she agreed to sell the property.  I found Keegan to be proactive, professional, and enthusiastic.  It was obvious she had a wealth of information re the local market.  We had no sooner put the property with her and she had potential purchasers interested.  I found Keegan’s knowledge invaluable, and she gave us honest dialogue and feedback.  She was very helpful in guiding us on how to present the property for sale and was in communication constantly keeping us informed with progress.  It seemed we had no sooner listed and she had found the right purchasers.  Needless to say, a seamless sale.  Highly recommend Keegan to prospective Vendors/purchasers.  Thank you so much Keegan for everything”.

"My daughter and I want to say thank you so much to Keegan Dalbeth. We have been on the search for a property for a while, Keegan's enthusiastic approach to answer our questions big or small, to also help with practical solutions really showed us that she is not just a beautiful young lady but a hard working practical NZ girl, her knowledge and love for this area really showed as did a respect for the people around her. We would like to recommend anyone out there that's on the search for their dream land or home, talk to Keegan we know she'll do her best for you."

"Keegan was deeply committed to the marketing of my lifestyle property, her enthusiasm was evident from the beginning. Keegan’s communication was excellent as was the marketing plan and a sale was achieved in a short period of time. Keegan was helpful in so many ways and I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone considering the sale of their property."
