Marie is a character in the best way. She is also very honest, relaxed, genuine, knowledgeable, not pushy at all, and has a bloody good sense of humour. My kind of realtor... well my kind of person really. I caught up with Marie at the property, and within 30 minutes, I put an offer in on said property, and within 24 hours I’d bought a house - it was that simple. From my point of view, it was also pretty simple why - she was genuine, very honest and upfront about everything- including property issues, answered the hard questions, and we had a bit of a laugh too.
