Mike Matutinovich

Mike Matutinovich has been involved in the real estate industry for the past 20 years with PGG Wrightson in the Waihi and surrounding area. He is passionate about the community and has been a member of Waihi Lions and involved with the Waihi Beach RSA and is currently on the men's committee at the Waihi Golf Club.

Despite an ever-changing market, he constantly sets high standards and achieves the best possible result for his clients, remaining calm and focused even under extreme pressure. Ethical and patient in his approach, he believes the key to success is actively listening to his clients’ needs and providing honest, objective solutions. “Communication is all about listening. You can’t learn about someone while you are talking. You have to listen to learn.”

While proud of the results achieved over the course of his career, he does believe the overriding objective is to be known as an honest, ethical agent. “I’m someone who thinks you can get superb results for clients through hard work. In a sense, it’s that simple.” With this philosophy, he finds PGG Wrightson Real Estate a good personal fit.
