Paul Yates

Paul Yates was born and bred in Peria in the Far North.

The son of Rod and Dawn Yates, Paul attended Peria School and then went on to Kaitaia College, where he displayed a keen interest in rugby, playing several years for Eastern United in his late teens.

Paul’s drive to gain some life experience led him out of the far north, working several years being self-employed, travelling overseas and he spent nearly a decade with Air New Zealand before settling in Auckland, where he discovered his passion for real estate.

After 20 years in South Auckland real estate, Paul built an enviable reputation for offering superior service, resulting in being rewarded with numerous awards, including ‘Top Team’ and ‘Top Marketing Award’, and was consistently among the top 10 salespeople within New Zealand while working for his previous company.

Since 2016, excited to be home and a Northland boy at heart, Paul has continued his passion for real estate in the far north while working on his own beef farm at Kaingaroa.
