Eileen, a fourth-generation Opotiki farming local, has lived and breathed rural life from childhood. Her personal experience buying, selling, and even completing her own nine-lot subdivision at Waihi Beach gives her practical insight many agents simply don’t have. While the Eastern Bay is home, their work extends throughout the wider Bay of Plenty and into the Central Plateau, supported by relationships built over decades.
