Sandra Macnamara has marketed and sold Te Anau property since 2007.
Raised in Invercargill, Sandra moved to Te Anau in the late 1990s. Her previous work history before commencing in real estate, included roles as an administrator in the medical and legal sectors and in small business.
Those who work with Sandra appreciate her efficiency and professionalism. She is easy to deal with, down to earth, and brings a relaxed approach to the sales process. Sandra’s objective is to achieve the right deal for her clients. Her determination, local knowledge and experience invariably ensure that happens.
In the Te Anau basin, many of the transactions she deals with involve more than just the marketing, sale, and purchase of property. Because 70% of Te Anau’s buyers and sellers are based out of town, Sandra often takes a hands-on role through settlement and beyond, including managing the likes of tradesmen, gardeners and others on behalf of those who buy or sell with her.
A community-oriented mother of three, Sandra has served on the committees of numerous local clubs and organisations.
Her success was recognised beyond the local region when Sandra won the award for total sales revenue in the residential category nationwide and was placed first in unit sales nationwide across all categories in PGG Wrightson Real Estate’s 2016/17 awards. She regularly features in PGG Wrightson's nationwide top ten salespeople for residential sales.
She accepted an additional role as a Business Development Manager in for Southland and Otago in 2022 for residential and lifestyle.
Sandra is qualified as an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of NZ.
