2542.417 hectares located at 2000 Inland Road. Currently Mason Hills is wintering on average 4,500 Perendale breeding ewes and 450 Angus & Angus Cross breeding cows. It is a high producing breeding property, in a good location and in a good rainfall area. It is well tracked with modern, high quality fencing throughout. With its rich volcanic type soils providing natural high fertility, this has been enhanced with regular fertiliser inputs. Infrastructure includes the large five-bedroom homestead set in an established setting and also singleman's accommodation. Both have been refurbished in recent times. There is a complete range of farm buildings including a modern, four-stand, RB woolshed and covered yards; and large circular cattle yards (450 cows and calves).
In summary, a very well developed, large scale breeding property.
