She was born and raised in Hawke's Bay, giving her a deep understanding of the local area. Fiona attributes much of her success to the strong relationships she has built over the years. Their son, Taylor, works as a snow groomer at Treble Cone in Wanaka during the winter and as an agricultural contractor in the summer. Their daughter, Emily, has pursued her passion for real estate and works as a sales marketing administrator in a boutique office in Christchurch.

During their free time, Fiona and Rob enjoy visiting the East Coast beach of Mahia where they indulge in their love for fishing, hospitality, and spending quality time with family and friends at the bach.
